YouTube app stuck installing

Hope someone can help me. I tried downloading the YouTube app to my xbox one, the app is now stuck at downloading. Tried pausing and cancelling but no luck. Option to uninstall not there. Any help will be much appreciated.

I have the same exact problem with every app I try to install now. I was messing with network settings when I tried to install the first one (Youtube) and then all the others were affected. Pausing or cancelling doesn't work.

I solved my issue changing how the console turns off. First I had standby mode on. I changed it to completely turn off and when I restarted everythng went ahead and completed installation. At the same time I restarted my router just to be sure. This happened when I tried to install apps with wrong internet settings. The console connected to internet but was unable to sync with MS cloud. Restarting the console completely solved it. Then you can go back to standby mode
