AoW is a joke. every single time I join a game with them they flee. every time.

From  what I know, AoW is a top notch bunch on the official ladder site(s) . I could be wrong though.....

You know how clans are. If they don't have an official match, or enough mates to fill a squad or two, why bother with a pub ?

Shadow is good for sure. He is one of the masters of unconventional warfare aka guerrilla tactics. I know, I play with him enough to admire his wicked handiwork.

The thing is, everything is different for a clan based gamer. I'm not really defending anyone here, just sort of stating something about the behavior of a different sort of gamer.

In pubs, a few great gamers like shadow can completely own up the competition the majority of the time.

I'm certainly not implying that AoW doesn't have any good players, I've seen some good guys sporting the AoW tag. I'm just wondering why they won't stick around after they get killed a few times? I have no problem getting my @@@ handed to me in a good, fair game. it's part of the fun. but every time I get in a server with some AoW players, once they get killed a couple of times, they leave. just wondering why.I had an AoW member on my f/l, but ended up removing him because every game I joined in progress, that had AoW 'owning' the other team (I join the opposite team, I hate 'stackers') once the tide turns and they lose a couple of flags, or the ticket count isn't in thier favor, they leave. explain that.

You got me there.  It sounds like they're completely obsessed with their stats. Either that or they're just a bunch of spoiled little brats .

I definitely agree with you. I don't like games where there is no challenge. If the other team has no hope of competing, what's the point right ?
