Will you get banned for doing glitches?

Will you get banned for doing glitches because my friend does glitches on RDR all the time and im not sure if he could get banned for it.

Well based off my experience,no,because I've done that get under Escalera glitch a few times and nothings happened to me.But don't take my word for it because I don't really know.

No, my main group been actively searching and doing glitches since last summer and we are still playing. Doing glitches is fine but once you start abusing them in freeroam and PVP against other players then I say you should be banned for cheating. Just keep it in your own group and no one should complain or report you.

If you get caught by the MS Enforcement team im sure something will be done, it does not matter what game or situation it is if its against policy you will be suspended or possibly banned.

Yeah, if someone files a complaint against you than you could possibly get a suspension. I think the enforcement team has been focusing most of its attention on games like COD: MW2 and WaW

it's shunned upon but many of the 'bored with the game' players do glitches for fun in any game they can do it in.

Yes, my friend on Xbox 360 used the invincibilty glitch just to help others members. Like other clans who were using it againts one person, and my friend should him how to do it just to get away from them.

About three days ago, a member saw him doing the glitch and he rec the glitch. Rockstar banned his account for two days and put him back at lvl one. He was Lvl 43 Prestige 4.

Most of the time, we just use the glitches in private free-roam with our party. The other reason we use it so we can get to place faster, because your mount won't die if you fall off a cliff.

The terms and conditions for XBL state that as long as your "Glitching" doesn't effect the play experience of other players than its not a priority. The minute you start using "Glitching" to your advantage you  have violated the XBL terms of use and cant be punished appropriately

It doesn't say "Glitching" exactly. Hence the quotations. School is mandatory for a reason.
