Undead Spinning Plates Achievement Issue....

So i beat the game, and saved every town except Torquemada.  The reason i havent saved it yet is because there is nothing there to save.  I ride up to the white question mark, and there is nothing going on, just a deserted shack is all.  it was the same way before i finished the game too, i thought it was part of the story line but aparently not.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Any help would be great!! Thanks

Go all the way to the top of the cliff. where you would play five finger fillet in the Red Dead Redemption. it should start for you
