The March on Xbox Forums

I Azure Influx am planing an idea of doing a speech for all for us to read on my opinions on Gaming, Issues of the forums, Flame Wars, and more. This speech will clearly be inspired by a man know as Martin Luthor King Jr. I would like to see YOUR opinions on an idea for a speech like this. This will not attack, spam, or in any way goes against the Codee of Conduct, and the rules of the Xbox Forums. It will be made to express an opinion and point out facts. That may shape the Xbox Forums to something even better. The speech will not be a protest, or a complaint, but a an opinion of pints. Yell me what YOU have for suggestion on the issues of the Xbox Forums and other things I should say in this speech below.
