Problema con Mortal Kombat 9

Ciao a tutto, mi sono imbattuto in un problema con mortal kombat 9, l'altro giono accendendo la console mi è apparso un messaggio di salvataggio corrotto e che avrei perso tutti i progressi ma che il nuovo salvataggio avrebbe riscritto quello danneggiato.

Faccio per salvare e la console mi chiede di connettere l'utente.... ma ero già connesso!!! Dopo essermi ri-connesso accedo al menù per salvare e la console si blocca.

Contatto telefonicamente l'assistenza xbox che mi fa eliminare il gamertag e successivamente recuperare, poi una manutenzione alle cache dell'HD.

Faccio partire il gioco ed il problema persiste.

Elimino il vecchio salvataggio

ed il problema persiste.

Nell'HD ritrovo un salvataggio di mk., lo elimino, recupero il gamertag e ripulisco le cache

ed il problema persiste

Installo gioco

ed il problema persiste

Provo ad utilizzare l'account di mia sorella ...

e tutto funziona

Riprovo col mio

ed il problema persiste

Chiedo cortesemente aiuto perchè vorrei poter continuare ad utilizzare mk9 col mio account
