Overpriced games on the marketplace.

The Marketplace titles are trading on instant gratification. They lack extras.

Given a choice,  I go with Game of the Year disc editions so I get all the DLC along with the original game for around half the price of the game only at launch.

New, Black Ops still goes for $40 on Amazon. Call of Duty titles typically don't see massive price drops. No real reason to - people flock to them like birds to breadcrumbs. Sad, really.

They know people will be stupid enough to buy games for those prices, all games are over-priced on there, not one cheap game.

^^ Crysis for 20 dollars is fair. The thing I hate about Games On Demand is you still have to pay for an online pass even after you buy an overpriced game. I guess there are a lot of people that buy them or else maybe they would have lowered their prices a little bit.

Resident Evil 4 still 20 bucks I see.  Let me know when it's a fair price.  I've owned that game 3 times now.  It's over 10 years old.

Left is original, right is the HD remake on XBLA. 

The games on the marketplace are the standard going MSRP prices. You'll find them on sale occasionally, but it's not like a retail store where they lower the prices to get rid of stock.

And Black Ops is still fairly expensive I believe.

MW2 was $30 until recently on Steam.  Whenever they have a sale the discounted price is like....10% or some crap.  Others are 75% off or 50% or something.

It's still the same game.  It's also been noted that Capcom went the cheap route for making this "HD"

20 bucks for a game is a steal, if you can't pay that you're cheap lol i paid 20 for resident evil 4 and when resident evil 6 comes out i will gladly pay 60

Also. I wouldn't recommend Resident Evil 4 for $20. It's nice having it in HD, but it's a cheaply done HD and doesn't really look all that great. If anything it just points out all the terrible textures it has. I'd only recommend it to people who have never played it before. Those who have, it's a waste of money and time.
