Lego Marvel Super Pack on Xbox One

Do a test of your network connection from the console (Settings/Network) and then restart the console. Hold the power button down for five seconds so the light on the Power Supply Unit turns orange. Then press the power button again.

As you redeemed the code via Xbox.com it might take some time to realise it on the console. A network test has the potential to force the two to sync with each other earlier.

Now go back to My Games & Apps and hopefully you should see the Add-On on the far left saying 'installing,' or if you go and highlight the game, press Menu to See all add-ons and it should be saying installing there...

I am also in the UK and have the same issue with it not showing up, however I entered the code on my Xbox One. It simple said I now own the Super Pack after entering the code and did not prompt me to download it.

Where did u get the  codes from for the xbox one version

I have this exact issue...WTF i want my spider-mobile :( I thought it was just me having issues with it, the only thing I can think off, is that its not released yet?

Very odd indeed. Did they really give out a code for some DLC that isn't released for another 4 weeks after the game?

Hi there, Azzawon; I think that I know what the answer is here. I purchased this game in the US from Game Stop (basically, the US version of Game) and also got the Super Hero Pack code with my purchase. For whatever reason, DLC/Codes/etc., don't automatically install, you have to go to them and install them once downloaded.

For LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (and other games) here's what you do:

1. Go to "My games and apps"
2. Move the cursor over LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (don't hit A)
3. Press the Menu button
4. Select "Show all add-ons"
5. Select Lego Marvel Super Pack (it should say "Ready to Install"
6. Press A and select Install
7. Wait for the install to finish, then play and enjoy.

Thanks for the help Hyrule but when I go to see add-ons it says there are none installed :( I'll just have to wait until Dec 27th to see what happens I guess :(
