Harry Potter Premium Theme Problem

So I downloaded the Harry Potter Premium Theme just about half an hour ago and I realized that when I view "My Friends", the game they are playing isn't being surrounded by the border. The border is just awkwardly sitting in front of My Friends' avatar as in this video, go to around the 40 second mark: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjSPUdDB6aQ . I understand that this theme was released months ago but I don't understand how such a stupid mistake could have been made for such a high profile theme. So my question is when is this issue going to be resolved? It has been like eight months and if Microsoft is going to promote this theme under the Harry Potter "Spotlight" then they need to fix it. Any help with this problem is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Xbox doesn't make the themes themselves, and the theme will stand as is because themes can't be updated or modified without making an entirely new one. It's not really a MASSIVE issue anyways is it?

It isn't a massive issue, no. It is simply a highly annoying one and one that should have never been made in the first place. I know microsoft doesn't make the themes themselves however I didn't know they couldn't be modified, which I find highly stupid in the case something of this sort happens. Alas, oh well. Maybe they will make a new one. Thanks for your insight, it is much appreciated.

Also, i can't really verify this as I'm not sure at all, but maybe NXE dashboard had the borders lined up right, but kinect dashboard changed that.
