Getting kicked out of online games and party chat

hey my connection has been acting up lately. I've been trying to play madden nfl 13 and halo 4 online and a few minutes into the match i would be lose connection to the game and the party chat if i was in one. This has been really annoying and I've been also banned from halo 4 matchmaking for a week from me losing connection to so many games.

So please reply to this if he have the same problem or a possible solution. Thank yo.

Have you tried testing your connection on a different internet based device in your house? It may just be the network, and you may need a replacement.
