Download stops at 99%

about creating the correct account for your region?

if you are having someone buy it in netherlands and then you try and queue it in UK it will fail

the only way you can get it in uk is to create a uk account

I did try the suggestion and it worked. I created a new account, got some MS points and purchased the map pack. I downloaded it on my roommates xbox, and now that I try to download it on mine it stops at 99% every time. I realize there is the simple solution of simply transferring the file from xbox to xbox, but the guy is currently back home for a few weeks and has taken his xbox with him. Hence my persisting problem.

not sure why you would do that since we just suggested it to you a few mins ago

Well, to be fair, I've been using several different forums, someone suggested this yesterday evening. So, I tried it and due to some laziness on my behalf (my xbox is upstairs, his was where everyone was sitting) I downloaded it there.

my guess clear system cache and recover the account then redownload
