console banned

i can't turn my console on any more. red dot in the middle of the power button is on all the time sent it to microsoft they said that they can't fix it

but it is still under the manufacturers warranty . they are saying that my console is been temper with but nobody opened before i bought it new from best buy

and neither best buy or microsoft want to take responsability for it . got it 6 mo ago for my kids as a christmas present.

PLEASE HELP 

There's not really anything anyone on the forums can do to help you. If Microsoft sent it back saying it was tampered with, there's nothing you can do.

If you're sure your console was purchased new and it has not been tampered with (or submitted for an unauthorized, third-party repair), then you will want to call phone support back and continue working with them.
