COD MW3 DLC is not available to download

Hi,

I have a problem with downloading the DLC in COD MW3, which is needed for playing MP.

1. In the main menu I select multiplayer 2. Than I select XBOX LIVE and it successfully log me in. 3 When I pick any match from any playlist there come a notice that downloable content is required. 4. I select YES I want to download i) 5. When it starts  loading something there come notice (XBOX LIVE) :::   There are no items available for purchase at this time.  :: and I can only press OK and I am back in the MP menu.

The same happened when I go through STORE in MP menu. I can see there Erosion, Aground and Terminal  Available to Download. But when I press X (Download All Available) the same notification appears.

Please help me I would be very thankful. I tried to delete the Cache but it didn t help at all.

If still having issue when try in your Xbox try download it in xbox.com then restert your profile and check in active downloads if listed as downloading.

Unfortunately that didn t help.

The first one is useless, because I can t get to the marketplace. My problem occur before 2nd step.

The second link is useless too, because this offer is not available in my region :/

I know one guy from that Forum who had the same problem, but he hasn t respond me yet. He just sent me 1 message that I have to change somthing in Family Settings

Hey there MiloskoTurandot! Unfortunately, those CoD MWF3 maps are not available in Slovakia, therefore they're not available to download. What's happening is it's seeing that you don't have the content, but when you select to download it, it recognizes your region, and recognizes that it doesn't offer those maps in Slovakia. That's why it keeps saying there's nothing to download.

Have you tried not selecting the option to NOT download the content? I think that should work in letting you play MP, as some DLC is not distributed to some regions of the world.

Have you tried just downloading it from the Xbox Live Marketplace itself instead of in-game?
