Can't play NBA Jam OFE!

My console freezes every time I try to play the game NBA Jam OFE. Already tried downloading it again from the marketplace and it still won't work.

Game or add-on you are having issues with: NBA Jam On Fire Edition.

Date you bought the content: 10/5/11.

Purchased with points or credit card: Points.

Specific issue you are having: Console freezes on the game title screen.

Any error code or message you are receiving: No error message or code.

Try clearing the system cache are completely removing the game from your hard drive.

Then download again, worked for me with Halo DLC.

Clearing the cache wont solve the problem. Delete you game save files - not the game and it won't freeze again. It is a game bug - no patch yet.

Hey there Reikoku! I understand you are having some trouble playing NBA Jam. Before you do away with your save files, can you ensure that you have tried these steps in this order: delete game > clear system cache > restart console > download from download history.

Another test we can try is to remove your Hard Drive (while the system is off) and try using just a properly formatted USB device (forums.xbox.com/.../153178.aspx) to download and play the game. If that does work, there may be an issue with your Hard Drive. Let us know how it goes, thanks!
