Battlefield Bad Company not working

I bought this yesterday and i have tried downloading it many times but every time I do it downloads up to 13% and stays on it for about 20 minutes then all of a sudden it says cant download battlefield bad co. and i have tried to delete what it already downloaded and restart completely but it does the same thing every time. I also tried using a wired connection instead of a wireless one but that also didnt work. any suggestions?
