Annihlation Map Pack Download issue (PUERTO RICO)

Been Hanving this issue all day today, cant download due to 

 

"this item isnt available from your current location"

 

I have downloaded blackops mappacks 1 and 2 with no issue, now can someone give us an answer (A MOD) as to if this will  get corrected? A timeframe? please do not  refer us to another post or a ip address look up... cause this is only affecting MapPack Annihilation downloads (checked with my local games stop and they have down loaded first 2 mappacks on a brandnew Xbox today with no issues)

Account region: US
Physical region: Puerto Rico

Same happen to me, i call activision at 3:00pm, and they said they have not release the maps yet for puerto rico.We should have them by 9:00pm today."

Thx i didnt c that.... guess ill take the wait and see aproach tell 9 oclock, im just anxious to play the new maps already
