xbox 360 s ''open tray'' problem please help!!!!!

hi, i bought new xbox 360 s 4gb kinect bundle console 13 days ago it was working fine.then i bought 250 GB hard drive and after 5 days console stopped reading original kinect adventures disc and all other DVD movie discs.when I insert them it says reading..... and after 20 seconds open tray,it only reads music CD discs.I tried to remove hard drive,clean discs,clear cache and all what i found on support.xbox.com but nothing worked.I cant send it to microsoft because i live in europe (republic of Georgia)i don't want to give it to other person (not from microsoft) to repair it and I need your help! please please help me!!!!!

Well that really sucks doesn't it, sorry to hear your having problems.
so you have tried everything listed in here Ripply?. It seems you have but just wanted to double check.

Seen as how the console is only 13 days old you should still covered by the store warranty if you don't want/ or cant  send it in to MS for repair.
I would suggest returning it for another unit because you should not be having any issues only 2 weeks into the purchase..

i can't return it to seller  because I bought my console on ebay.com not from local store or shop.I bought it from  american seller and U.S.A is on other side of earth for me. :(((((( so i can't send my xbox to U.S.A ;((( and I need repair. can you help me? :(

Hey mate, I'm afraid that if you can't return it to the vendor, you will have to set up an official repair. Where are you located exactly? You should be able to send it in for repair in your region.

?i live in Republic of Georgia there are no official repairs.i only can send xbox to not official workshops.Or you can give me some tips for how to repair it myself?????
