Why does xbox ban people without a warning?

I dont understand, my account gets hacked I answer the secret question and get it back then a few weeks later I get banned for tampering with my gamertag and/or avatar. I dont even know what that means, then I found out it means my avatar was modded blue skin green hair. I didnt even mod it though thats what I dont get. Now im thinking that dude who hacked my account modded it and now im *** and xbox wont unban my account that still has over 1yr of xboxlive and more then 5000 msp. Then later the exact same thing happened to my 2nd account!

Any type of modications will get you banned.

When signing-up, you agreed to these terms.

Even if you were hacked, it is your fault for not taking care of your gamertag.

1) Use a regular size font.  You words are running into each other

2) Protect your email, password and secret questions on your accounts better.  Read the Xbox Support Account Security page  One tip, with the secret question.  Lie in the answer.  For example, if you chose the secret "What is your mother's maiden name?", and the real answer is "Smith", put something else, like "Jones" in there.

3) Microsoft don't issue, simply because they are not obliged to.  You agreed to these two things when creating your gamertag

C. Consequences of Violations.

If you believe your account has been breach, you should immediately change the email and password on it (if possible) Here's how.  Then call Xbox Support reporting the account stolen.  You'll find the phone number Here

It also doesn't help your story when you reference a known modding website in your motto. I don't believe you. I think you did the modifications yourself and got caught and are now wishing you didn't do it. Well the only way to learn from your actions is to start over this time following the rules you agree to when you create the new account. You might actually want to take the time to read them so you can avoid any future bans/suspensions.

Maybe somebody can help me. I left my xbox for 5 minutes and when I came back it said I was banned because I was idling for 15 minutes. I'm banned for 3 weeks. Why did it do this. I have people that were playing the game with me and they know I was only gone for 5 minutes!!!! Please help. I want this ban lifted.

You need to create your own topic/thread, not hijack somebody else's thread. Also, if you've had an enforcement action for one specific game, you need to talk to the developers at their own site, such as Bungie.net for the Halo games.
