stuck on strict NAT!!!! PLEASE help

Hi, i am currently stuck on strict NAT and can't get it to change, i have read the help page and made all the neccessary checks/ changes possible apart from changing the ports as i'm a bit of a novice and am worried about changing my routers settings when i'm unsure what to actually do.  The xbox would often assign strict NAT but once we had tested the connection few times it would sort itself out but it now appears to be stuck on strict.  I have tried the connection through the ethernet and it still stays on strict. My ISP and xbox customer support were unable to help so i wouls appreciated ANY help people could give me.

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter
