Sniper Elite V2 Demo

why is this demo only available for gold xbox live user? and the rest of users?

I only had a chance to play it for about 10 minutes, but what I see so far, I love.

I started out on the 'Sniper Elite' difficulty... and it had the feel of the original game.

I was able to get right into it, immediately ! I love the addition of being able to climb, and I don't mind the cover system.
I hope we can customize the button layout a little though.

It seems they did not change anything that worked in the original, which is a good thing.

We can only hope that the multiplayer is as customizable as it was the first time around.

I like the graphics, they are very detailed. Put the original game into your Xbox and play for a few minutes, then come back to this demo. You will appreciate the graphics a bit more.

Graphics look like upchuck. I'm pretty firm on that...

But I think I might like this game, provided that it doesn't overdo this feeling of being in a corridor. You're a sniper. You shouldn't have to shoot your way through street patrols to get at your objective. A bigger environment with the option to go stealth would be more engaging. I will be waiting for reviews to tell me that the demo is a bad example of how the game is played.

Sadly I think the demo is going to be an accurate representation of the whole game. I did not mind the demo but doubt I will buy the game. I read that the corridor game play was put in to break up the monotony of sniping. For me those kill shots got old fast, I was sick of them before the demo ended. As for the graphics, to me they were mediocre but would not put me off buying the game if I wanted it but I dont so..... lol.

I liked the demo a lot. Especially the graphic bullet shots, like Endz said. Nothing like a good cranium splitter!

I'll definitely get it, just not sure on price. I don't think it's an $89 game. Hopefully it will be cheap soon after release.

Definitely price goes down , will think about it .....but 89$ too pricey

will probably rent this the environment graphics went as good as i expected  - the sniper shots are sweet - Nut shots are fun he he he.

Seems alright, had a couple of goes at the demo, dont think I'll buy it though. Needs to be far more open
