Ciao a tutti, come da titolo c'è stato un errore sulle impostazioni familiari. Mio fratello involontariamento ha inserito un codice d'accesso che poi ha dimenticato. Chiedevo se esiste una soluzione a questo problema perchè le impostazioni bloccano la maggior parte delle attività possibili su XboxLIVE e non solo. Vi ringrazio in anticipo.

E' sufficiente cancellare e recuperare la gamertag dal live per resettarlo ed eliminarlo
Cosa fare se si dimentica il codice d'accesso per l'account Xbox LIVESe si è dimenticato il codice d'accesso dell'account Xbox LIVE, è possibile recuperare l'account tramite Xbox LIVE.

Guarda che in quel modo non togli limpostazioni familiari togli solo il Codice d'accesso di Xbox LIVE
Non gli ho detto nulla che non avrebbe trovato da solo se avesse guardato nella pagina di supporto
Se le impostazioni familiari ci sono rimaranno anche dopo....

Lui non dice che non riesce a connettersi al live.
Dice che ha tutto bloccato a causa delle impostazioni.
