Removing Games From Account

I have a GTA IV related to my account, but I don't have that game anymore. How can I remove the game from my account?

If you just want to delete the save game information for it, you can go to your System Settings > Memory > Storage Device > Games and press "Y" on Grand Theft Auto IV to delete it. If you purchased the game on your account via the marketplace, there is no way to remove the license from the account itself.

Im guessing you mean deleting the achivements? That is simply not possible. Follow the above steps if you are talking about deleting the saves from your HDD however.

I mean, I have GTA IV in my "Played Games" list. Is it impossible to remove it from that list?

It is only possible to remove a game from the "Played List", only if you do not have any achievements for that game.

If you have unlocked an achievement for that game, then it is not possible to remove it.

Press the Guide Button, go to the  Games blade and select Achievements with A. Scroll down to find GTA4 and press X. You will now be asked if you want to delete the game from your history.

Why is it not possible to remove a game for your history that you do not want there if you have unlocked any achievements for it? Can't the few achievements unlocked with it also just get removed along with the unwanted game?
