it says my profile is corrupt and every time i go on cod i allways have to re do my settings and my bio avatar gamer score is blank but people can see i have gamerscore and my bio etc so i tried to recover my gt 'craffti' and it said 'xbox live signup is currently unavailable please try again later' the i try and sign in i get this 'your profile was not compltetely recovered please recor it again from xbox live' help me

recover account/ corrupt profile

Hi there.
Have you tried clearing the update cache on your xbox 360? Refreshing the marketplace and LIVE data can help to resolve issues with downloads, including those relating to gamertags. If you need help, follow these easy steps:
- Navigate to the "My xbox" slide on the dashboard.
- Scroll right, to the last page which is the "System Settings" page.
- Select "Memory".
- Highlight the memory unit and hit Y on your controller.
- Select the option to clear the update cache.
Once this is complete review your memory unit and delete the incomplete version of your profile that was previously downloaded. Be sure when deleting the profile you select the option to remove your profile only, NOT "profile and attached items". After this you can attempt to recover your profile again.

hiii ive an xbox 360 elite and i need help recovering my offline account. i have an online account but i stoped playing it.. my problem is that i was constantly moving the hard drive of 250Gs to my friends house to play mw2 and when i returned home i put on the hard drive and my profile is erased... the bad thing is that i can still play with my profile in my friends house. i also tried to copy and paste them on a usb but it still says corrupted profile or dosent show can i dont have any issue if the problem is moving constantly the hard drive i can stop that but my fear was that the xbox got ruined please help

You cannot recover an offline account. You can only recover an online account.
