Hi,
When I turn the power on and the Xbox starts - the lights around the power button is blinking in red in 3 out of 4 - What does that mean ?

Hey check out this sticky post Ghost.
My console has one two or three red lights.
Unfortunately you will most likely need to contact support and order a repair.

YOU HAVE THE RED RINGS OF DEATH! Have you ever heard of those? If you have but don't know what it means/ never heard of them is basically means something is majorly wrong with your Xbox (most of the time) and it will most likely need to send it to get repaired.
