Lags and frequent disconnections while playing Madden 11

Hi all,

I am troubleshooting an xbox live connection issue I am seeing while playing MADDEN 11.  I started with a wired network setup, but I have fewer disconnections now that I switched to a wireless set-up.

I have a Scientific AtlantaDPX2213 Series Cable Modem connected to a BELKIN N+ Router.  When the router is connected, I get speedtest results averaging on my laptop of ~3.6Mbps down / ~.36Mbps up.

I experience frequent lag during online gaming and frequent disconnections (~35% of the time).

Things you have tried: wired and wireless connections, moving router to within 4 feet of console, rebooting router...
Is UPnP Enabled?  don't know
Is NAT Type Open?  don't know
Any Error Codes you encounter:  not sure...the "Status" report codes are shown below
What type of internet do you have?  Cable 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?  OneLink
When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? messages shown directly below...

Network: Connected

Internet: Connected

Xbox LIVE: Connected

Status Report:

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 20A8 - 48E0

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: FFFF - FFFF

Hey mate, are you having this issue in other games, too? From what I can see from your post, I believe that upload speed is going to cause a lot of issues when trying to play online. For best results, I recommend having around a 1 MB upload, at least. Are multiple devices sharing the connection? If not, I suggest calling your ISP about a better speed for LIVE.
