Personal Information in my gamertag

Need A Gamertag Change Because My Gamertag Has My Name In It.... My Bro Changed My Gt Without My Ok...

Nobody can force to change your gamertag besides the XBLPET Team, and they can only do so if it has profanity or anything inappropriate.

Call the Xbox Support number, IF your gamertag has personal identifiable info in it they will put a force GT change on the account

you need to recover the gt with the windows live id & password that is associated with it - if thats the old info then thats what you need to use ;-)

the old one is a blueyonder accont and dont have the pass word 4 it anymore and my sons tag has done the same

you should be able to reset the password on the blueyonder website for the email address, once that is done logon to accounts.live.com and reset the password for the windows live id, this will send a password reset email to the blueyonder email address
