Gamerscore and can I please unlock achievements?

Hiya guys. A few months ago my account was phished and as you can see I have 565 G now, The Guy hacked my gamerscore to hell and it was reset. I was wondering if I could please have it reset again but so I can unlock achievements and such. By the way I have the account back again now, but this is my only concern :)

you can but only achievements that wasn't gained before the reset

this includes the moded scores

I know this. I am asking if I could have my gamerscore re-unlocked so I could unlock previously locked achievements.

In short no you can't. Any achievments ill gotten or not that were unlocked prior to a reset are locked post reset.

I appreciate this, but I don't particularly think it is fair considering it was not under my control at the time, Money doesn't grow on trees and I can't just 'make a new account'

I'm assuming since you're back in control of the account you got an unauthorised access investigation opened. Considering the cheater watermark hasn't be removed I'd say that speaks volumes about the validity of your story.

But you are always responsible for your account, so unfortunately in terms, "it was your cause" hence you gave him personal information.

OK, I suppose it is a technicality. And I was not avoiding the validity thing but I had a whole post and my internet D/C. Perhaps in time I shall make a new account.
