Family Setting Passcode

My xbox has already been set up with a family setting passcode, i have no idea what it is, is there a standard passcode all xboxes are given?

The parent/guardian that set up the passcode would need to call support.  They can help with removal.

good luck with that I called support and they told me to go to settings the control settings, then to go to setting info, then they said to scroll to bottom of page and hit

LT, RT, X, Y, LB, RB, Y, Y, DOWN, DOWN 

When you did it correctly it should go to the screen for you to reset the pass code. you can try it but it didn't work for me

Hey there Lorddoom,

Sorry to hear you were having issues with the suggestion from phone support. I've never heard of whatever that input is.

I would suggest Downloading your profile to reset your passcode.


Please let us know if that works any better for you.

i am having the same problem and i have tried codes what is the number so i can call and ask for a new code
