Change my Xbox Live gamertag but then made my gold membership invalid?

On my account which is [mod removed] just put a fresh 1600 on it. I buy a Smack Down vs Raw 2011 iteam for 800 and then I had 800 Microsoft points left. So I type in "Baby Googoo7" as my gt and i click confirm while it was confirming my brother turns of the xbox and we turn it back on. We see the gamertag is still [mod removed] on our hard drive but when we try to sign in it says our gold membership is invalid. When I try to add [mod removed] as a friend it dosnt work so I try "[mod removed]" and that works. The problem is I do know the email but not that password. I tryed to reset it several times but I cant. I will be glad to take a picture of my account or till you my xbox serial number if someone can reset the pass for me? I need this account because I had it for almost a year it has a 12 month on it and tons my SvR11 downloads which is only allowed to be used on one account and not on others. Can you guys help me and show me how to get it back? Please this account is a good account and cant lose it
