Cannot promote account?

Hey,

 

When i registrated my account i was under the age of 18, but nowdays i'm older and i'd like to have full control. So I'm trying to promote my child account to an adult one.

 

For that i followed the steps in this order:
- Account Management

- Promote Account (under Your Information)

- Continue and Accept Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and Privacy Statement

- Continue without signing me up for xbox information and to be shared with partners

 

When i've completed the steps above, i get an error. It says that "This action can't be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more info, visit www.xbox.com/support

8015102D"

 

This is not the first time i got this error. Has is something to do with my account or are there just some troubles with the online network?

Try calling support for your region. Be sure to let them know the exact code you are getting. They may or may not be able to help you promote the account over the phone but at the very least they should be able to tell you what the code means and instruct you on what to do from there.
