Can' connect to XBL

hi all !!

i've a trouble, the last night (i'm french ^^) i've upgrade my xbox YES !!! you can say ^^ but after this upgrade, i can't connect to xbox live, my dashbord is 2.0.1346.0 and i'm angry because i pay for xbox live but i don't play online !!!  

When you run the Xbox live connection test on your Xbox, what messages does it give and where does it fail?

I'm having the exact same issue. Called XBOX Support but they didn't know what to do.. I tried everything we could think of and still there's no xbox live connection.

So, xbox support upgraded my case from Europe to US Support in the hopes they would know anything. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow I'm getting my xbox repaired. You should call support as well.
