Blue screen [0x0000007B (0xF79B8524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)] every reboot, even for Safe Mode

About two hours ago, I suddenly received a BSOD saying problems with: 0x0000007B (0xF79B8524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). It was running smoothly until then. I've tried restarting in safe mode, last known good configuration, and directory services restore mode - all to no avail. I haven't installed anything at all in the near time (the last I had was about two weeks ago) and I'm quite sure my computer is virus-free (up to date antivirus and scanned every week). Can anyone help me with this problem? I really need to get it fixed, if possible without sacrificing the data inside as I haven't backed up the most recent ones. Thanks in advance.

Answer
As usual, we don't know anything about your system but I am really enjoying the width of this reply box (one of the latest new features in MS Answers) as it makes solving Windows problems so much easier.  What a great enhancement!

You could tell us more about your system:

Sadly, the MS Answers forums still does not prompt for any system information when a new question is asked, so we know absolutely nothing about your system.

Not knowing fundamental information about a problem prolongs the frustration and agony of resolving these issues.

Thank you MS Answers, for continuing to make the resolution of simple problems as frustrating and time consuming as possible.

Please provide additional information about your system as best you can:

What is your system make and model?

What is your XP Version and Service Pack?

Does your system have IDE drives or SATA drives?

Describe your current antivirus and anti malware situation:  Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE), McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!,  Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc.

Was the issue preceded by a power interruption, aborted restart, or improper shutdown?  (this includes plug pulling, power buttons, removing the battery, etc.)

Does the afflicted system have a working CD/DVD drive (internal or external)?

Do you have a genuine bootable XP installation CD that is the same Service Pack as your installed Service Pack (this is not the same as any Recovery CDs that came with your system)?

If the system used to work properly, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did work properly?

If the system was working okay yesterday, what do you think happened between yesterday and today?

Just with a Google, I found a similar message and some potential solutions that you might investigate and you can read about them here and there to see if they make sense to your issue:
