I am unable to recieve emails on my desktop pc . I have contacted Brighthouse tech support and we already removed and then replaced my default email account, I still get the same error message. Brighthouse tech said it was more than likely a corrupt or damaged Outlook Express file and to contact Microsoft.
I am running Windows XP home edition service pack 3 and outlook express 6 for email. anyone else encountered this problem or can offer solution ?
