Print Artist 24 Stops Working when changing fonts - Windows 8

Whenever I try to edit the font on a selected project using Print Artist Platinum 24, the program stops working and advised to close. This only happens when I'm doing a project from scratch not from pre-made projects. I am using Windows 8. I'm not sure what the problem is and what's causing this. The program is compatible with Windows 8 so says the box. How can fix this?

Hi,

 

Since the program does not work even after uninstalling and reinstalling it, I would suggest that you check with the manufacturer for further help.

 

As far as the manufacturer`s website , this should be working fine with Windows 8. Here`s the support website link .
