can somebody help me, please!

Can you check the following registry key?:

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

 

At that registry key, in the right window, is there, under "Name", either an UpperFilters or LowerFilters value?

 

If so, for each of the UpperFilters and/or LowerFilters value, what is listed under "Data"?

Can you do the following:

 

Can you go back to the following registry key:

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

 

Can you right-click on that registry key and select "Export" and save as a .reg file.

 

Then right-click the resulting .reg file and select "Edit".

 

Can you then copy and paste the contents of the .reg file to a post in this thread?

There is a GEARAspiWDM Upperfilters value.


Can you install the latest version of Gear drivers (4.020.5), which will update the GEARAspiWDM.sys, and see if it helps:

http://www.gearsoftware.com/support/drivers.php


The GEARAspiWDM.sys is used by software such as iTunes.
