Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community and we are glad to assist you on this issue.

As per the issue description, it seems like you are unable to play HD videos on YouTube and the laptop is not able to detect the camera.

I would like to gather some information on this issue to help you in a better way:

1) Which version of Internet Explorer are you using to play to HD videos on YouTube? Is it the Modern version or the desktop version of Internet Explorer?
2) Do you get any error message when you try to play the HD videos on YouTube? If yes, what is the exact error message that you get?

If you are using Modern version of Internet Explorer to play the HD videos on YouTube, I would suggest you to play the videos on desktop version of Internet Explorer. Check if it helps.

Hi Team,

1) I am using Internet explorer 10 version (the problem with both the versions. i.e. desktop version and normal version).
2) While playing videos one message is coming. the message is "there is a problem with internet explorer, please restart your internet explorer", then it will automatically closes and reopens the tab.

Method1:
In below mail chain, you have mentioned that manage add ons and provided a link. The link is saying that how to disable or enable. But it is not mentioned that what exactly we needs to disable and what exactly we need to enable??

Method2:
Compatability view: I tried this also still it is not working for me.

Regarding Camera:
Method1, method 2, Method3: I tried all the below mentioned methods and nothing is working for me.  There are no drivers available for Model and how I ll download and istall and troble shoot and recheck....

Windows 8 Pro:  A completely shitty OS i can say. The basic features I lost by installing this oS.

Windows Media Player:  A player which has no use, we are not able to play MKV files in Windows 8.

Coould you please provide the solution for this one tooo so that atleast I can use my laptop for basis purpose. Otherwise I ll throw  this shitty OS in US-Dust bin.
