Windows 10 update (KB3081438) and (KB3081436)

What kind of a BS is this? Why am I having problem updating- Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081438)

and Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081436)?

I called Microsoft for a help, they put me on a hold for almost 2 hours, later on a female rep couldn't help me out and hung up on me without giving me a ticket number.

Some of the sites are suggesting to install the stand alone update, but they aren't understanding that it's not even letting you install the update, when computer 1st reboots install 30%, 2nd reboots 59% and 3rd, 4th & 5th reboots it couldn't finish installing update.

Is this some kind of a joke? Microsoft doesn't see what is going on? They don't realize anything that they hung up on you after 2 hours? All, I can say that it's a shame.

Can anyone honestly help in this matter? Thanks.

Had same problem with all 3 Cumulative Updates:  KB3081424, KB3081436, and KB3081438, until early this morning (8/19).  Seems that KB3081440 and KB3081441 installed, which allowed KB3081438 to install.  Don't know what they changed on the KB3081440/1441 updates, I had previously tried to manually install them from the standalone Microsoft Update Catalog, & they did not work.  This morning they pushed them thru the Auto Update service.

Agree, 1440/41 worked and all updates are now installed.
