Mouso core worker process

My computer (Windows 10, 64-bit Build 19041) is constantly waking up from sleep and then going back to sleep for a short time only to repeat the cycle.  I ran sleep diagnostics on the Windows PowerShell as administrator i.e. powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics.  The report from yesterday (5/31/2020) indicates that my computer awoke from sleep 50-55 times during the course of the day until at about 8:00 p.m., I decided that it was better to fully shut down the computer rather than have these continued cycles.  The common thread in all these awakenings from sleep is MoUSO Core Worker Process (MoUsoCoreWorker.exe).

Why is this happening and what can I do to eliminate this totally annoying phenomena?

In my case MoUsoCoreWorker.exe was staying open long after Windows Update had finished. No issues since KB4568831.

Are you having the 'wakes up from sleep' or 'won't go to sleep' problem?

I am having the "Won't go to sleep" problem.

MoUsoCoreWorker.exe consistently shows in powercfg /requests.

- Trying the "Windows Update" and restarting the service did remove it for a short time but it returned at some point (since my computer didn't sleep by itself which is set to 30 minutes of inactivity).

- I've also tried powercfg /requestsoverride PROCESS MoUsoCoreWorker.exe but it remains in the /requests.

Oh bother.  I was hoping the Windows Update was going to solve my 'won't go to sleep' problem.
I'll still try it and report back.

I believe KB4568831 fixed it for me.  Installed, rebooted, no more MoUsoCoreWorker, but I'd rather wait a couple days before I start celebrating.

Here's the link to get it:

Definite bug based on the high uptick in recent reports.

The process is preventing my computer from entering Standby in the first place.

Can confirm, definite bug.

KB4568831 Confirmed as installed in Windows Update history.

Manually put computer to sleep last night. This morning, computer was on (monitors off due to power off settings).
Checked powercfg /requests, and MoUsoCoreWorker.exe is there again.
