Windows 10 creators update app crashes

I have the N edition of Windows 10,  and I had installed de Media Feature Pack.

After Creators Update, some apps were crashing (Photos, Deezer, Facebook ...) 

 In the Event Log I saw the following error

The problem has been totally solved after having installed the Media Feature Pack for N Edition version 1703 from this link :

If anyone has an explanation to give, it would be great !

NVIDIA has released a hotfix driver 381.78

After installing the server my Lightroom works fine with GPU acceleration turned on
