Hi Abdul QadirBafik,
As to what I understood, your concern is about adding a specific domain/email account in safe senders list. If you wish to add the email address in safe senders list, here are the steps:
1. Sign in to your account. Go to inbox.
2. Click Options located at the upper-right side of the page.
3. Select More Options.
4. Under Preventing junk email, click
Safe and blocked senders.
5. Click Safe Senders.
6. In the text box, type in the email address or domain you’d like to always receive email from, and then click Add to list >>.
Thanks!

Hi MohammedMunawar,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The procedure that you are remembering is only for domains that are having an issue adding to the Safe Senders list. Please do try to follow the steps shared to us by JR_N and inform us of the outcome.
Should you have other questions regarding to the web based Hotmail/Outlook.com, don't hesitate to post it here in Microsoft Community or you may try to search for an answer via the search function.

Hi I have the same issue as above and the solution you are giving would work in theory except for this situation I have (and I am sure many others that have businesses like myself are facing this issue).
With our type of business getting a hold of the client in a very quick time frame is key. So the client receiving the email message in their "inbox" vs. the "junk" folder can mean the difference between us earning their business as opposed to losing their business to a competitor that got a hold of them first. We can not depend on them knowing to check their "junk" folder with our initial contact with them.
I hope you can appreciate from a business perspective what I am saying and if I gave you the domain to add to your whitelist if you could please help me with this?
Best regards,
Darren
