cannot see One Drive files & folders shared with me in File Explorer

Hi

I can't see certain files & folders that people in my organization have shared with me in the One Drive File Explorer layout. They are accessible through the web version of One Drive, and access privileges look OK.

This does not apply to all files/folders shared with me, as I can see some files in my folder.

As per previously proposed solutions on your forums, I've re-linked my account, thereby re-syncing everything, but they are still not visible.

Appreciate any help you could provide with this

Thank you in advance

Hi Chris,

Thanks for sharing experience on our forum.

I would like to explain that it is not feasible to see Shared with me section if you only synced OneDrive to your computer.

As a workaround, you can sync the folder which is shared with as a separate folder on the computer:

1. Access to OneDrive.

2. Select Shared with me section.

3. Open the folder>select Sync.

4. It will be a separate folder on the computer.

Given the situation, we welcome and encourage you to share your ideas through User Voice. It is the best way to perfect our products and services. Many features have been developed or upgraded directly from your ideas.

Thanks for your understanding.
