Images distorted when previewing or printing from Excel

When inserting a picture/image into excel it displays ok - then when I go to print preview or to actually print, the image becomes distorted/squashed vertically.

Thanks Takmil - I had come across answers before but they are not solutions, just work arounds to the Excel issue, surely Microsoft has the brain power to solve this..? We do however have one machine in the office that does not distort the image but cannot find out why - therefore I believe there must be a setting within Excel to control the image ratio.

It appears, at the moment this workaround is what we have.

Actually, I have never faced this issue or perhaps it was imperceptible to me. I just gave you those links because I had seen them being discussed recently. Hope it helped.
