Product key for Windows 10 Pro insider build 10547

After upgrading to 10547 I can't verify my account, when I do I get a catastrophic failure and my windows can't be activated. I have Windows 10 pro insider preview.
No Keys after build 10240 for Insiders lots of info on here use search
If it ain't broke don't fix it

Try this in search  Product key for Windows 10 Pro insider build  as I see a lot of posting about this problem most are for early builds as many of them are having problems because of the lack of being active in the program,
If it ain't broke don't fix it

I suggest that you use Windows Media tool to download Windows 10 Pro ISO file. Then load ISO on USB with Rufus tool. Do a clean install. Then join insider program again for upgrade to build 10547.

I vaguely remember a download note said something like 'don't hit any keys while downloading or a product key request will .......'  You might go back and look.

I had a motherboard failure and subsequent replacement after 10240. I haven't found a replacement key yet. :(
