Firmware Update

Motorola - 3360

Gateway - 192.168.1.254
Username - admin
Password - password
The router will then prompt for a "Modem Access Code". That code can be found on a label attached to the Gateway/Modem

Finding Firmware Version

Open a web browser.
Log into the router by entering 192.168.1.254 into the address bar of the internet browser.
The router will then prompt for a "Modem Access Code". That code can be found on a label attached to the Gateway/Modem
Select Connection Information.
Look under Modem Information, the firmware version is located there.

Updating the FIrmware

**The firmware is updated by the ISP**
