Uninstalled Halo MCC Now I Cant Find it to Reinstall

So I bought the Halo MCC 1 Tb Bundle and when I went to install it everything went find until the progress bar on the install just disappeared. I opened up the options on the install and clicked continue but it would just say "Installing" then disappeared again. I then clicked uninstall on the game in the hopes to try the whole process again. After that it isn't in the queue or in my games. Someone suggested waiting on the "My Games" tab for it to show up but all there is is my downloaded games and then the store option, nothing else shows up. I also tried the store to see if I could download the digital copy but it wants me to pay for it again. Any help is welcome

if you visit the games/apps section on the console and scroll to the right with the D-Pad ("ready to install"), is Halo MCC listed there? If not, it'd be best to chat with support at http://support.xbox.com and explain the situation to them. Good luck!

If you don't see the Ready to Install option when you scroll right press the Back and Start buttons on your controller to make the list appear.

You could also check the game in the Store to see if it's listed there as well.

If you don't see an option to install in either place then perhaps it was purchased on a different account.
