Tomb raider saved game freezes

I have a similar issue. I reached 65% and now I cannot load the savegame anymore. The game gets stuck with black screen and some background noise. Note the Xbox is not stuck, I can go back to home screen, however the game is stuck.

But no one has a solution.

I have also contacted Square Enix technical support but no answer so far.

Cold reboot of Xbox does not help. I have not tried to re-install the game, but several people in other forums say it does not help.

Starting again the game from the beginning is not an acceptable solution, especially given that it might happen again.

I have the same problem. First problem was at the radio tower. The game was into a loop of a few seconds. I went to the store and the frindly staff replaced the game and after that it was working fine. Now with 63% lever of the game only black screen....

I t seams this game does have a few problems.....

I have the same problem. I am 55% done and have nothing but black pics...starting over again. This is BS>>> I am going to email square enix just to see what happens..

They'll go through all the steps they have suggested to me and all the others (see threads mentioned above), and once you have tried them all with no result, they'll stop answering your requests.

Alternate between two save slots is the only workaround. Remember once you restart the game
