[LOCKED] Account credit banned

Sir/Ma'am,

 

I logged onto halo reach and for some reason I am banned from gaining credits. I looked at reasons for being bannedon bungie.net and have not done any of the following that would get me banned. This is very inconvient because I am playing and getting one credit for an unexplainable reason making me lose out on credits I should be acquiring toward my next promotion. Please fix this error as soon as possible, or please email me a way to go about doing this myself. Thank your for your time.
