I spoke to 2 different representatives on phone about the current issue at hand, it seems that it is an occurring problem they said, as i knew already as i play gears of wars multiplayer in my free time and pretty much nothing else. From what I've read on gears forums i know quite a bit same from what i have found out my self, it is also mentioned on these forums that the issue i am having has occurred before to other players. They have been given the achievement but not the weapon skin. I would like only to resolve this issue in the quickest and if most possible manner. i would like to unlock this weapon skin very much, as it is the only one i do not yet have.

I just recently unlocked the achievement and skin without any problems. Not sure what you might be doing wrong but here is my suggestions, just in case.. Must have the Force of Nature map pack and play on any of the maps from that pack, and play a public match of Guardian as the leader and get 10 kills
...sorry can't help further...but hope that helps.

Oh i know that that's probably one of the things id have to do but i spoke to Microsoft over the phone and they said to post a comment about my issue here and i could be either immediately suggested to post at epic forums or be given a solution. and from my end this doesn't seem as much as a solution as does it seems like being told just to do everything over again.
