EVERY TIME I GET AN ACHIEVEMENT IT POPS UP ON SCREEN AND THEN IT DOESNT RECORD!

EVERY TIME I GET AN ACHIEVEMENT,  IT POPS UP ON SCREEN, BUT WHEN I GO TO THE "ACHIEVEMENTS" TAB TO CHECK IT, MY XBOX GAMERSCORE SAYS 0 AND SAYS I HAVE 0 GAMES PLAYED. I CALLED SUPPORT, AND THEY TOLD ME TO POST HERE. HOWEVER, WHEN I SIGN OUT AND SIGN BACK IN, IT SHOWS MY PREVIOUS GAMERSCORE, BUT THE NEW ONES DONT RECORD. HELP!  I AM ALWAYS ONLINE FOR ACHIEVEMENTS.

Try this as it seems to fix almost everything:

 

On your console go to the System Settings Tab>Memory>Profiles. Delete your profile (profile only!), then go back to the main Memory Tab screen and press 'Y' on the controller and select Clear Cache. Now restart the console and recover your gamer tag. You will need the e-mail address and password attached to the account to complete the process so be sure you know them before you delete the profile.
