earning achievements offline

i put my profile on my usb drive and brought it to my friends house because there were some guns on splinter cell conviction i couldnt find and he was going to help me, i have the gun now but i also have a few achievements because we played split screen for a while, i was wondering if that was going to cause problems with microsoft when i play online later today.

If you got those achievements legitimately you're fine. If you used an outside program to get those achievements then you're in trouble. Since you got them playing split screen you'll have no bother.
